Who We Are

ACES is an independent group of eBay sellers who all practise the same high standards of selling ethics. We all adhere strictly to the ACES Code of Practice, which can be found here.

We at ACES believe that everyone should be treated fairly, and that we should treat our buyers how we would want to be treated ourselves. We strongly believe in honesty and integrity, and are proud of our excellent feedback records; and work very hard to keep them that way.

Please use this list to confirm that the seller you are dealing with on eBay is one of our members to guarantee a smooth and safe transaction.

The members list is also a fantastic source for browsing all of our members currently listed items for sale on eBay

Please be assured that all our members are checked against our criteria on a regular basis by the Association of Committed Ebay Sellers management team and members found to be not compliant are removed from the members list until such time as they become compliant.

The members list is updated on a regular basis and currently awaiting the rest of our membership to join in our new home. The list is updated on a regular basis as members, new or existing, becomes compliant through our new content management system.

History

ACES was originally formed by a small group of sellers, in response to concerns that there was growing mistrust of ALL eBay sellers, due to the actions of an unscrupulous minority, and that eBay was beginning to be perceived by buyers as a hotbed of con-artists and fraudsters.

The group was formed to reassure buyers that the majority of eBay sellers are honest and reliable, and that shopping on eBay can, and should, be a positive experience.

Since its formation from only a handful of members, ACES has grown to a membership of over twenty, and is continuing to grow.

When you buy from an ACES member you can be sure that you will always be treated fairly and with respect, and that we will always abide by eBay's rules and our own code of practice.
